Mr. Morandi specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate law (both transactional and litigation) with special focus on real estate investments, sale, purchase and lease of commercial and residential real estate, corporate structuring and restructuring, joint ventures, employment and compensation agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and business immigration.
